Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for promoting the company's quality management system, tracking and handling quality issues throughout the entire process of product realization, procurement, and service, and continuously improving.
2. Assist the project manager in product quality planning, establish project quality standards, and ensure the achievement of project quality objectives.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of quality issues, identify the causes, propose improvement measures, and supervise their implementation.
4. Organize relevant departments and personnel to receive quality management system related training, ensuring that all employees of the company participate in the operation of the quality management system.
5. Develop relevant systems and processes for quality control and quality management, and supervise their implementation.
6. Participate in supplier quality evaluation, provide improvement suggestions, enhance supplier quality level, and control product quality from the source.
7. Responsible for zero quality issues and ensuring that quality issues are thoroughly resolved.
8. Regularly report the project quality status and achievement of quality objectives to superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Educational requirements: College degree or above.
2. Professional knowledge: Rich knowledge reserves in quality inspection, process control, data analysis, system management, etc., and able to apply them to work.
3. Work experience: More than 3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in high-precision electronic products such as mobile phones and cameras preferred
4. Knowledge and skill requirements: Familiar with commonly used tools and techniques, such as the Seven Tools and Six Sigma
Skills in using office software for data processing, analysis, and report writing, as well as the ability to develop, write, and maintain relevant quality management systems, including MA, FMEA, SPC, and ISO series standards.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with personnel from different departments
6. Professional competence requirements: Possess a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, be able to work rigorously and meticulously, and possess strong analytical and learning abilities to continuously adapt to new environments and challenges.
